Project 1: Mobile Banking Awareness (COVID)

Overview:

During COVID, in-person banking declined significantly. F&M needed to quickly educate customers about mobile banking options in a clear and accessible way. This redesign focuses on improving readability on small screens and strengthening the call-to-action to drive app downloads.

Objective:

Increase awareness of mobile banking options during COVID when in-person visits declined.

Project 2: Financial Education Wednesday Series

Overview:

This reoccurring social media series was developed to promote financial literacy resources, increase website engagement, and support the bank’s broad range of community education initiatives during Financial Literacy Month and beyond.

Objective:

Increase engagement and website traffic by transforming a recurring caption-only series into a visually engaging, scroll-stopping financial education campaign.

Strategy & Design Improvements:

  • Conducted content audit of recurring Wednesday series and identified low-visual engagement due to caption-only format

  • Shifted to a visual-first content strategy to improve scroll-stopping performance on social platforms

  • Created cohesive branded templates to strengthen visual consistency and brand recognition
